As a psychiatrist, since more than 25 years, I have the privilege to help people living with ADHD as well as their families and to work with extraordinary professionals including my colleagues and collaborators from Clinique FOCUS.
To share our expertise, we develop evaluation, follow up and teaching tools designed for everyone, going from families to community workers and people working in the health, education and early childhood networks.
I am a clinical professor in Université Laval, author, speaker and guest expert on various provincial, national and international committees. I volunteer as an expert with many organizations who share the mission of helping people living with ADHD and their families like the Fondation Philippe Laprise and the Center for ADHD/ADD Advocacy Canada (CADDAC), and I am involved with the Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance (CADDRA) – executive committee then advisory committee, seminars and producing ADHD canadian guidelines.
I created this website so anyone can have access to tips and tricks, tools and resources in order to increase the well being of people touched by attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity (ADD/ADHD) and/or related problematics.
I would like to thank each person and organization that is contributing by their expertise, their creativity, and their time to this mission.
